Hi, I'm Michelle, and I help people just like you.
I spent most of my life being no fun at parties because I was so consumed with tracking calories and macros. I thought I'd spend the rest of my life obsessing about my body and letting it hold me back.Â
I tried everything the fitness industry told me - flexible dieting, eating more protein, doing a bodybuilding photoshoot (leave me alone, I was young), and nothing changed - in fact, it got worse.
It's only when I stopped trying to control food and control my body that things changed.
Working on my body image changed my life and helped me break the overeating cycle.Â
It gave me the confidence to pursue what I am most passionate about - educating and helping you to do the same!
I love it so much, I made it my entire personality, and I am currently pursuing a clinical psychology PhD in body image and disordered eating research!

Learn how to eat healthy for your goals, how to nourish your body and stop overeating. You will learn to eat mindfully, navigate social occasions and never fall off the wagon again!
Body Image
Stop worrying about your body, and start living.
Body image is the cornerstone of my coaching method. I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident in their body. My industry-leading body image coaching will teach you how to accept your body, how to challenge negative body image and stop worrying about what you look like.
Exercise
Stop training to burn calories, and finally enjoy exercise.
You'll learn to build muscle, become confident in the gym and finally enjoy exercise. You can train anywhere â at home or in the gym, with whatever equipment you have.Â
So, how does coaching work?
Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment
Fill out the Application & Assessment Form, where we discuss your current and past experiences with nutrition, training, lifestyle and your goals. We will identify what your needs are and where you're struggling.
Implementing the plan.
You will receive a weekly plan with nutritional targets, habits and a training plan. This plan is unique to you, and your life. This plan can be accessed from my Online Coaching Platform, where you can access the plan and 100s of other resources to help you get to your goals!
Review & reflect
You will check-in with me each week. You will submit your habits, nutrition stats and reflect on some questions about how the week has gone. From there, we will review the plan, and make changes if necessary to keep you continuously progressing!
